Flickering Thoughts...
Eye's been constantly flickering tonight. And i wonder why...
Drawing perfect straight lines free hand using a pen is hard! Hmm. Guess i need more practice as well... It's retribution from all the laughing at all the archi friends last year i guess. Now's our turn... Staying back for CAID lesson late at night ard 9+ pm which turned out to be sketching lessons for the first few lessons... And there's more perspective drawings for bono. Hmmm... And i'm stuck thinking wad to do for lamps. Oh well.
Had more lects this 2 days... Where we learnt "biomimicry" in eco-design. And after the lect, everybody understood how "bio makes mi cry!". OK that was lame. But we couldn't help but crack the joke after the lesson...
Today's was worse... Had intro to computing which was basically a total bore... And the new lecturer looked geeky! Haha.. what to expect from a computing mod anyway? A beautiful lady lect that talks computing? =)
Next up we had our dose of more story telling aka case study from kouo for our metals module... As if kingfisher wasn't bad enough in sem1 we had to endure more! Esp this time it got to do with a heart valve design in 1987... when i was only 3! Eh wad's the link?? LOL! and we spent the whole lesson almost 2 hrs listening to that...
Oh and yesterday, after about close to 2 weeks, i finally got my hands on the invisible shield delivered all the way from US yesterday... All for the brand new ipod i got back from apple service centre... It was a long and tortuorous wait... esp since i resisted to using it before i apply a screen protector on it...
And i found out that it's made from a film originally created by the military to protect the leading edges of helicopter blades from wear and tear while traveling hundreds of miles per hour! Like WOW!
